On-the-job training Flexible scheduling Friendly, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth into leadership roles What You'll Do Arrive on time and prepared to work at job locations Carry out the project supervisor's instructions and complete daily tasks efficiently Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.) Drive and maintain company vehicles responsibly Perform cleanup duties, including debris removal and landfill trips What We're Looking For Dependable team members with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work Respect for equipment and job site safety procedures Requirements Valid Florida driver's license Reliable transportation to/from job sites Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather Appropriate work attire (gloves, boots, safety glasses, etc.) Availability to work on Saturdays Preferred Skills Experience with landscaping tools (trimmers, edgers, blowers) Proficiency in basic landscaping tasks with a willingness to grow your skill set
