TICKET OFFICE AGENT

The Florida Railroad Museum is looking for temporary seasonal help in our Ticket Office as we prepare for our busy fall and holiday event season! This position will primarily provide additional support to our Ticket Office team as we prepare tickets and materials for the Pumpkin Patch Express and North Pole Express .

Job duties may include:

Preparing, organizing, and sorting event tickets Printing and assembling ticket orders Reviewing ticket information for accuracy Answering phones and assisting customers Helping with ticket sales and customer questions Organizing event paperwork and materials Providing general support to the Ticket Office team as needed We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with computers Able to learn our ticketing system Friendly and professional when speaking with customers Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment Comfortable handling repetitive tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail This is a temporary seasonal position to assist us during our busiest time of the year. Hours will vary during our North Pole Express event. Your hours to start will be 9am-4:30pm and then November 27 your hours will change to 12pm•8pm. Pay:
