GROUNDSKEEPER

Position responsible for the overall maintenance of the property grounds keeping landscape, stairway, and other common areas neat, clean, and free of debris. May also be required to perform duties to prepare vacant apartments to a make ready condition and other cleaning and basic maintenance/repair work under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician. Mostly outside work in all types of weather. Medium to heavy lifting requiring prolonged walking necessary. Experienced in operating a variety of equipment/machinery required. Must be willing and able to comprehend and follow all established emergency/safety guidelines and policies/procedures in the completion of service requests. Must professionally interact with team members, residents and management in this resident service role.
