Your expertise in landscape care, equipment operation, and plant identification will ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and water features to enhance landscape aesthetics Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and pest management; apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols Maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings while troubleshooting issues as they arise Conduct seasonal clean-up activities including snow plowing in winter months to keep grounds accessible and safe Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents during outdoor work and equipment operation Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with gardening techniques, plant identification, tree care, and lawn care best practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, grounds maintenance equipment, and irrigation systems competently Knowledge of pesticide management and safety protocols for chemical application Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship Embark on a rewarding career where your skills transform outdoor spaces into breathtaking landscapes!
