Experienced Lawn & Landscape Professional (Immediate Opening) We are seeking a reliable and experienced lawn and landscape professional to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and consistently shows up prepared and on time with minimal call-outs throughout the year.Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance and landscaping services according to work orders Follow property notes, service details, and paperwork with strong attention to detail Maintain efficiency while meeting time constraints and company standards Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment Provide high-quality service while building strong customer relationshipsWhat We're Looking For:
A motivated individual interested in advancing into leadership roles A team player who contributes to a positive, drama-free work environment Strong communication skills and a respectful attitude toward crew members and management Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment in Florida heat Commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactionRequirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional lawn maintenance experience Proficiency with all commercial landscaping equipment Experience with equipment maintenance Minimum 2 years of safe driving experience with truck and trailer (no accidents) Experience with foliage trimming and general landscape maintenance We maintain an open-door policy to encourage constructive communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
