Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing lawns, landscapes, and hardscapes through skilled operation of grounds maintenance equipment and landscaping tools. Your passion for outdoor work, horticulture, and landscape aesthetics will help create beautiful, healthy environments for our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working in a fast-paced, outdoor setting that values safety, precision, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks. Identify various plants, trees, pests, and weeds to ensure healthy growth and effective pest management strategies. Perform tree trimming, pruning, and hardscape maintenance to enhance landscape aesthetics and safety. Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience safely operating a truck with an attached trailer is required. Must be comfortable maneuvering, parking, and operating the vehicle and trailer in various work environments. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, planting, pruning, and fertilization. Hands-on experience operating groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hand tools. Understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation. Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping machinery is a plus.
