Job Description
P.L.T. Landscaping Services LLC is seeking an experienced Crew Lead with strong knowledge in landscape maintenance and daily crew operations. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, and capable of leading a team while ensuring all properties are maintained to the standards of the company and its clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews Complete daily maintenance routes efficiently and professionally Ensure all work meets company quality standards Maintain communication with management and crew members Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely Ensure crews arrive on time and stay productive throughout the workday Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance and crew leadership Valid driver's license Ability to manage and motivate a crew Strong attention to detail and work quality Dependable transportation Must be willing to arrive first and leave last Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial and residential properties Knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance procedures Ability to problem-solve and work independently
