Landscaping Crew Member Driver Love working outdoors? Enjoy creating beautiful yards and scenery? We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Landscaping team. What You'll Do Maintain and improve outdoor spaces using hand and power tools Mulch, lay sod, trim, mow, rake, and remove debris Plant, water, feed, and care for flowers, plants, and trees Perform tree and shrub trimming What You Need Physical strength, endurance, and good coordination Ability to work outdoors in all weather Attention to safety and surroundings Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical positions Basic communication skills (understanding the English Language ) Willingness to learn tools, machines, and techniques What You Gain Active, hands-on work every day Strong communication and teamwork skills Opportunities to learn landscaping and landscape architecture Leadership and mentoring experience
