Leadership Growth Opportunity Pay:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 6:30 AM-3:00

PM Location:

Sarasota, Florida Frontline Property Services is seeking a highly experienced, well-rounded landscape professional to work alongside our commercial maintenance team and grow into greater leadership responsibility. We need someone who understands more than basic mowing and trimming. The ideal candidate can evaluate property conditions, recognize quality concerns, guide other crew members, and help improve the team's efficiency and workmanship. This is a hands-on field position with advancement potential for someone who demonstrates strong knowledge, reliability, leadership, and initiative. Responsibilities Perform commercial landscape maintenance at a fast, efficient pace Help organize work and keep crew members productive Inspect completed work and identify quality concerns Coach less-experienced employees on proper techniques Identify landscape, irrigation, plant-health, pest, and disease concerns Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Assist with irrigation, landscape installations, and property enhancements Drive company trucks while towing large equipment or dump trailers Communicate property issues, material needs, and recommendations to the office Help maintain safe, clean, and organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Qualifications At least three years of professional landscape maintenance experience; five or more years preferred Strong knowledge of commercial mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and bed maintenance Irrigation knowledge or repair experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Florida plants and common pest, disease, and plant-health problems is a strong plus Experience helping direct, train, or support other crew members Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Strong work ethic, initiative, dependability, and professional judgment Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Experience driving large work trucks and towing, backing, and maneuvering trailers Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather What We Offer $22-$24 per hour based on demonstrated experience Full-time, year-round employment Paid Time Off and paid holidays Performance-based pay increases Opportunity to take on increasing leadership and operational responsibilities Cross-training in landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, and property inspections Long-term growth with an established commercial property-services company Please submit a resume or detailed work history describing your landscape, irrigation, leadership, truck, trailer, and plant-health experience.
