Campers Inn RV is looking for a Building and Grounds Maintenance worker. This role is responsible for light maintenance / repair work, use of a various equipment for the exterior cleaning and maintenance of common areas and buildings. This is a safety sensitive position Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean condition, working within the limits of prescribed routines. Perform minor and routine maintenance replacement and repairs in areas of carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other building repairs. Paint common areas and touch up as required. Inspect areas that need paint and advise manager. Perform casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by supervisors and following appropriate safety procedures. Inspect all assigned areas daily and report all maintenance discrepancies or deficiencies to Supervisor. Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition. Perform a variety of janitorial duties including but not limited to assigned areas emptying and removing trash. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct. Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies. May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work. Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management. Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
