KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Seffner learning center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, promote social-emotional growth, and ensure the well-being of every child in your care. You'll communicate regularly with families, support a diverse and inclusive classroom, and collaborate closely with teammates. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to all safety and health protocols. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Build positive, inclusive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Follow Kinder Care policies, state licensing regulations, and curriculum guidelines. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and daily routines.
