This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, applying your skills in landscape installation, landscape maintenance, and construction to create stunning landscapes. Whether you're planting, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly enhance our clients' properties and outdoor experiences. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, mulching, irrigation and sometimes maintenance Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks Perform landscape maintenance activities like pruning trees and shrubs, weed control, and irrigation system checks Support hardscape construction projects by preparing sites and assisting with the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience in landscape installation, landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Valid Drivers License is a plus Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience with irrigation systems or horticulture is a plus but not mandatory This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to develop their skills across multiple aspects of landscaping.
