We're hiring for an Aerial Lift Operator and Groundsman position to join our main crew. Responsibilities Aerial lift and bucket truck operation for tree removal, pruning, and structural work Pruning operations including crown cleaning, deadwooding, crown reduction, and structural pruning - this is the core of our daily work Ground rigging - running ropes, setting up pulley systems, operating the port-a-wrap, and coordinating controlled removals with the aerial operator Operating the Avant mini loader for wood processing, debris management, and site organization Chainsaw and pole saw operation Equipment maintenance through daily pre-use inspections and proper handling Assisting with equipment and vehicle preparation before each job Maintaining safe drop zones and traffic control on active job sites Loading and unloading debris and job site cleanup Following direction from the Crew Leader and maintaining a professional, safety-first attitude on every site Requirements 2+ years of verifiable tree service experience specifically (not general landscaping or construction) Strong chainsaw and pole saw proficiency across equipment types, including sharpening and basic maintenance Basic pruning skills; we'll train advanced rigging and dismantling procedures, including trimming palms and oaks (elevations, center pruning, height reductions to arborist standards) Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL preferred. Minimum 25 years of age Strong communication skills and reliability

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
