Job Description
As a Property Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a vital role in executing day-to-day landscaping operations and upholding our high standards of service. You will perform a variety of groundskeeping tasks and ensure company vehicles and equipment remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities Groundskeeping & Lawn Care:
Perform routine turf maintenance, including mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing debris to keep properties neat and presentable.Plant & Bed Maintenance:
Trim hedges, prune bushes, pull weeds, and apply herbicide spraying treatments according to company safety guidelines.Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:
Perform weekly interior and exterior cleanings of company vehicles, ensure gear is properly stored, and report any maintenance needs.Safety & Quality Control:
Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, follow safe chemical handling procedures, and deliver work that meets client standards. Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred (willing to train the right candidate). Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, sprayers) safely and efficiently. Capability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.Job Type:
