Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, experienced Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who knows the pace and expectations of professional lawn maintenance and takes pride in doing the job right. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing) Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Assist with landscaping projects when needed Follow daily route schedules and complete jobs on time Maintain clean and organized job sites Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with crew members and foreman Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of lawn care or landscaping experience Experience using commercial equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers) Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time and ready to work Takes pride in clean, professional results Works well with a team and follows direction Wants consistent, long-term work Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth as we expand crews Consistent, year-round work
