We are a locally owned lawn and landscape company in Tallahassee. We are growing drastically in 2025 and 2026, and we are looking for highly motivated people to grow with us! We take pride in all we do and do it to the best of our ability. We value integrity and a good attitude.

PAY AND COMPENSATION.

$17-23+/hr We implement the Pay for Performance (P4P) Pay structure.

• High performers excel and get compensated accordingly P4P is a unique pay opportunity that almost no one in Tallahassee is utilizing yet, however it is a tried-and-true method of compensation that rewards motivated individuals.

With P4P, once you start hitting goal efficiencies, you can either: 1) Get off early and make a full days wages. Or, 2) Work a normal work day and take home a larger pay. There is no cap on P4P.

• What if I don't have much experience in the industry?

No problem! We will train you how to use the equipment and how to do the work. Our goal is that by the 2nd pay cycle, you are already making over

Experience is preferred, but not required. What we

Provide:

• Uniform shirts and hats
• PPE•we supply safety glasses and basic earplugs•Hydration and electrolyte mixtures to keep you hydrated while at work Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Pruning shrubs and plants Mulching and basic landscape work Operating commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean and professional job site Providing courteous service to clients This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and using power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Schedule Monday

• Friday 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM Some days work ends earlier than 3:30, some days are later. While we may aim to be wrapping up by 3:30, the day ends whenever the workload for the day is complete. Weekend Work
• Saturdays are ONLY required when we do not complete the standard workload for the week. Optional Saturday work may be available throughout the year. We do not work Sundays. During the hottest month or two, we may pull start time a little earlier in an effort to beat the heat. If/when we do, it will be communicated beforehand.
