This role involves operating a blower, collecting debris, servicing trash cans, and ensuring the property is presentable for the following business day. Work is performed independently during late‑night hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to safety protocols, and experience with outdoor maintenance tasks. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall appearance and safety of our outdoor spaces while developing valuable groundskeeping skills. Responsibilities Parking lot cleaning — Sweep and clear debris from parking lots, walkways, curbs, and surrounding areas using a blower and manual tools. Trash pick‑up — Collect loose litter, bag waste, and ensure all debris is removed from the property. Trash can service — Empty, replace, and clean trash cans as needed. Equipment operation — Safely operate a blower and other basic cleaning tools. Site reporting — Report hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions. Requirements Ability to operate a blower and perform physical outdoor labor. Transportation to work — Employee must have reliable transportation to arrive at the starting location each night. Company vehicle provided for job sites — A company vehicle will be provided for transportation to and from all assigned job sites during the shift. Daily return of company vehicle — The company vehicle must be returned at the end of each shift. Valid driver's license required. Night availability — Must be able to work Friday through Monday nights. Shift schedule — Shift begins at 9:00 PM and lasts approximately four hours. Independence and reliability — Ability to work alone and complete tasks without supervision.
