Job Description
The Grove at Bradford Hills is a modern, community‑focused residential neighborhood in Northeast Tallahassee. We take pride in maintaining beautiful, welcoming grounds that reflect the quality of life our residents expect. We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Landscaper to join our onsite operations team and help keep our property looking its best. The Part‑Time Landscaper supports daily and seasonal grounds maintenance across the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a clean and polished environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and small trees (weeding, pruning, mulching) Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and property beautification Remove debris, branches, and litter from common areas Report maintenance concerns or hazards to management Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Support occasional event setup or outdoor community projects Qualifications Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable using lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Why Join The Grove Supportive, friendly team environment Consistent work with opportunities for additional hours Beautiful property and community-focused mission A role where your work directly enhances residents' daily experience If you take pride in creating clean, well‑maintained outdoor spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
