We are a full-service landscape design, installation, and maintenance company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a team that builds and maintains beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, soil preparation, sod, mulch, rock, edging, and general site work Load, unload, and organize plants, materials, tools, and equipment Dig holes, move soil, install plants, spread mulch, and help prepare landscape beds Support irrigation, drainage, lighting, hardscape, and maintenance crews as needed Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Follow directions from crew leaders and complete work efficiently Represent Everything Outdoors professionally on every property

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Reliable transportation to work Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team Prior landscaping, construction, lawn care, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:

Full-time position with steady hours available. Some longer days may be required depending on project schedules and weather.
