Lawn Care Crew Driver / Supervisor Tampa, FL | Full-Time | $20-$25/hour DOE We are looking for an experienced Lawn Care Crew Driver / Supervisor to join our team in the Tampa area. This is a hands-on position for someone who knows lawn maintenance, can safely operate landscaping equipment, and is capable of driving a company truck, leading a crew, and making sure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently. We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and knows what it takes to keep a lawn maintenance crew moving. What You'll Do Drive a company truck and trailer safely to and from job sites Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property maintenance Operate commercial zero-turn and other landscaping equipment Make sure properties are completed to company quality standards Load, secure, and maintain equipment and supplies Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicate with management regarding daily routes, job completion, and any issues Train and direct crew members when necessary Help ensure the crew stays on schedule and works efficiently Represent the company professionally with customers and property managers Requirements Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience — required Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record — required Experience driving a pickup truck and trailer Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Ability to lead a small crew and keep everyone productive Dependable, punctual, and responsible Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather Physically able to perform lawn maintenance duties Good communication skills Must take pride in quality workmanship and customer service Compensation $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are willing to pay more for the right person who has strong lawn maintenance experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to confidently run a crew. Full-time, year-round work.
