Golf Course Maintenance Worker Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in golf course maintenance preferred Operate and maintain golf course equipment Work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and follow instructions Work independently and as part of a team Communication and interpersonal skills The Golf Course Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the golf course and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all golfers.

Duties include:

Mowing, trimming, and edging greens, fairways, roughs, and other areas of the golf course Watering and fertilizing the golf course to maintain healthy turf Repairing divots, ball marks, and other damage to the golf course Operating and maintaining equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other machinery Assisting with the setup and maintenance of golf course events and tournaments Performing general landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and weeding Ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored Following all safety procedures and guidelines
