Qualifications :

Jacaranda golf course maintenance is looking for a full time Assistant in training. This is a great start to a career in turf management not just another entry level position. The first main task of our new hire will be to learn how to spray and apply products safely and smartly operating our spray rig. All things needed will be provided. We will also be training you how to set up a golf course cutting cups and setting pin placements. Along with these tasks you will be asked to learn how to hand water greens, top-dress greens, and help out with daily maintenance task as needed to help achieve our goals. This position is for someone who has a good work ethic, is punctual, reliable and can take positive coaching and is WILLING to learn. This is a job where hard work pays off in a world that doesn't think so anymore. Im open to give raises as you reach these goals. We can talk about what that path would look like.
