Hourly - negotiated during the interview based on qualifications and experience, plus a daily equipment maintenance fee for candidates who provide their own equipment About Us Solo Estates LLC is a property management company that owns and operates a portfolio of rental homes listed on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms. Our guests expect clean, well-kept properties every time they arrive, and our outdoor spaces are a big part of that first impression. The Role We're looking for a reliable, self-directed Groundskeeper to keep the exterior of our properties looking sharp. You'll work from a set schedule and property checklist, moving between locations and handling all routine outdoor upkeep on your own. Responsibilities Mow, edge, and trim lawns at each assigned property Blow and clear driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks Weed flower beds, borders, and hardscape areas Trim shrubs, hedges, and low tree limbs as needed Remove debris, fallen branches, and litter from yards Keep outdoor furniture, grills, and common areas tidy and guest-ready Complete property checklists and report any issues you notice (damage, irrigation problems, pests, safety hazards, etc.) Perform other general outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned What We're Looking For Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or lawn care experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Consistent, dependable, and punctual Strong time management - able to complete multiple properties on schedule Attention to detail and pride in your work Comfortable following a set schedule and checklist Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and be on your feet for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required) Own truck and trailer Own mower, trimmer, edger, blower, and other landscaping equipment Candidates who provide their own equipment will receive a daily equipment maintenance fee in addition to hourly pay Schedule Property visits are scheduled around guest turnovers, so some flexibility is required.
