This position involves working outdoors as part of a landscape maintenance crew servicing residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment Trim shrubs, hedges, and small plants Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and landscape debris Assist with planting, mulching, cleanup, and other landscape projects Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Properly care for company tools and equipment Follow crew leader instructions and company safety procedures Work efficiently as part of a team Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at customer properties Requirements Dependable and able to arrive at work on time Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday Able to lift approximately 50 lbs Comfortable using landscaping equipment or willing to learn Able to follow instructions and work well with others Must take pride in producing clean, professional-quality work Landscaping experience is preferred but not required What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, works hard, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a professional landscaping team.
