Responsibilities:

Prepare job sites (remove old grass, debris, and level ground) Spread soil and grade areas for proper drainage Install sod neatly and efficiently Cut and fit sod around edges, trees, and landscaping features Water and roll sod after installation Load/unload materials and equipment Operate tools and equipment (skid steer, sod cutter, etc. - experience is a plus) Keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

Must be dependable and arrive on schedule Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, working in heat) Landscaping or sod experience preferred but not required (we can train the right person) Valid driver's license is a plus Ability to work with a team
