Job Description

At CEPRA Landscape, we design, build, and maintain world-class landscapes and cultivate the people behind them. As a privately owned company, we specialize in commercial landscape maintenance and construction, proudly serving the Central and West Coast Florida markets. Our Landscape Laborers play an active role in maintaining beautiful commercial properties. They work as part of a team to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail with high quality results.
Responsibilities:
Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and other landscape maintenance tasks Operate hand tools and two-cycle equipment safely Use various mowers, including stand-on, walk-behind, and riding mowers Perform basic equipment maintenance, such as sharpening blades, changing oil, and checking fluid levels Follow instructions from the Crew Leader to complete daily assignments Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Adhere to all safety guidelines to include wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Communicate with the Crew Leader regarding task progress and any issues that arise Keep trucks, trailers, and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies Perform other related landscape maintenance duties as assigned to support the team Requirements Valid Florida driver's license is a plus, but not required Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to communicate with managers and follow instructions Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to work with diverse backgrounds Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon-Thu, 10-hour shifts) Benefits On the Job Training Competitive compensation and benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) and holidays A supportive work environment where team contributions are recognized and celebrated Well-maintained trucks, tools, equipment, and PPE Unlimited personal growth potential Employee referral bonuses Job stability with a growing company CEPRA Landscape is an Equal Opportunity and E-verify Employer
