Landscape Laborers & Drivers -

Now Hiring Position Overview:

Our Zellwood team is hiring Landscape Laborers and Drivers who are dependable, motivated, and ready for hands-on outdoor work. This role focuses on maintaining and improving landscape environments across multiple sites. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and interested in building skills in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and overall property care.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete routine maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming Support installation work such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees and preparing soil Use hand tools for digging, planting, and general upkeep of landscape areas Perform tree care tasks including pruning and trimming to promote proper growth Operate irrigation systems to maintain healthy turf and plant material Assist with snow removal when necessary to ensure safe and accessible conditions Keep job sites clean by removing debris and handling waste properly Work with crew members to complete tasks efficiently and meet quality standards

Qualifications:

Landscaping or related experience is helpful but not required Basic understanding of landscaping tools and practices is a plus Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting and extended outdoor work Strong work ethic with attention to detail Willingness to learn and improve skills on the job Valid driver's license required for driver roles and associated pay
