Pay :
$20- $25 an hour-
Full-time Requirements Leadership:
1+ year as a crew leader, supervisor, or foreman in a related industry.
Experience:
2+ years in lake/pond maintenance, landscaping, commercial mowing, turf management, or erosion control. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis. Ability to walk on steep slopes for extended periods of time. Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis. Ability to work on slopes, near water, and in various weather conditions. Results-driven with strong attention to detail. Team-oriented and aligned with Dragonfly's values: Quality Focus, Takes Ownership, and Growth Oriented. Key Responsibilities Mow, string trim, prune stormwater ponds. Load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks. Schedule and monitor daily workloads. Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day. Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings. Prepare timesheets and other daily paperwork as required by the company. Safe driving of company owned vehicles trucks (with or without trailers) and transporting crew members. Maintain on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and/or subcontractors. Overnight travel within and to nearby States is required 25%-75% of the time. Safe operation and maintenance of the following equipment: Mowers - Stand on, walk behind, Ventrac. Edgers, string trimmers and chain saws Backpack blowers and sprayers Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes and pruning tools.
