Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise! You will be responsible for creating beautiful, functional landscapes while ensuring safety and efficiency on every project. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, weedeating, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of landscape features Manage irrigation systems to optimize water use and maintain healthy plant growth Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and tree care activities following safety protocols Apply pesticides and fertilizers responsibly to protect plants from pests and diseases Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping principles and horticulture practices Mechanical knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment, power tools, and irrigation systems Ability to identify plants, trees, and pests accurately for effective landscape management Familiarity with pesticide management, safety protocols, and groundskeeping standards Skilled in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and blowers for various landscaping tasks Knowledge of hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence during all outdoor activities and equipment operation Experience with Walker Mowers is desired Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
