What You'll Do As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you'll work with a crew to maintain commercial properties and help deliver quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing commercial properties Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds Installing mulch, pine straw, flowers, and plants Operating commercial landscape equipment safely Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Following company safety policies and quality standards Working as a team to complete daily routes efficiently What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is dependable and arrives ready to work each day Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions Works well with others and communicates respectfully Is willing to learn and accepts coaching Takes pride in producing quality work Can lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Has reliable transportation Landscape experience is preferred but not required.
