Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our landscape and outdoor maintenance team. This role involves performing a variety of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction tasks to ensure the aesthetic and functional quality of our clients' outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor work, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Prior experience with landscaping tools and equipment is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in horticulture, hardscape installation, and equipment operation within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Mow lawns using power tools such as mowers and trimmers to maintain healthy turf and attractive landscapes Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and garden care Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for various construction and landscaping projects Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and optimal functioning Follow safety protocols at all times while working with machinery or in potentially hazardous environments Skills Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining landscaping equipment Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators used in construction or landscape projects Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and operating equipment for extended periods This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, landscaping, and maintaining beautiful environments. Candidates should be reliable team players eager to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and construction.
