Job Description

Position Summary and Attributes:
LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience through our Facilities Department. This position works during the day to help clean and maintain our baseball fields and facilities. As part of the team you will engage in duties as a grounds crew maintenance, janitorial duties, and field maintenance as assigned by your supervisor.
Basic Qualifications and Experiences:
Must be able to work from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM during the week Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License. - Experience operating small to medium grounds crew equipment, rake, shovel, leaf blower, weed eater, pressure washing machine, etc. The operation of some large equipment may also be necessary, i.e. golf cart, hand and fork lifts, synthetic turf cleaning machine, etc.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include performing day-to-day facilities grounds crew which include but are not limited to weed eating, leaf blowing, pressure washing, basic golf cart maintenance, riding synthetic turf maintenance equipment and aerial lifts, landscaping duties which include digging, irrigation and pipe. Cleaning debris from grounds, synthetic turf, dug outs, outdoor seating, parking area, etc. Maintaining synthetic turf on baseball and slax fields, maintain sand volleyball court Working as a team with other staff members Making sure policies and procedures are implemented with staff Assisting with event set up and break down Assisting with securing equipment Follow, practice, and enforce all safety and regulatory standards in the fie Be able to work cooperatively and lead in a group setting and by oneself with limited supervision to complete the assigned task(s). Provide quality customer service to park and facility Follow verbal and written instructions from superiors and ensures the timely and quality completion of those assigned tasks.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle and operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Eyeglasses or corrective lenses may be worn to provide 20-20 vision. Hearing aids are also satisfactory.
