Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work outdoors year-round to maintain and beautify residential and commercial properties. You will perform essential lawn care, planting, and hardscape support during the warmer months, and transition to critical property maintenance and snow removal during the winter. Core Responsibilities Lawn Care:

Mower turf, trim lawn edges, and weed garden beds.

Planting & Maintenance:

Dig holes, plant trees/shrubs, and spread mulch or topsoil.

Property Cleanup:

Rake leaves, clear storm brush, and load debris into trucks.

Hardscape Support:

Help build stone pathways, retaining walls, and patios.

Equipment Care:

Safely operate and clean blowers, trimmers, and hand tools.

Winter & Off-Season Maintenance:

Perform high-volume leaf blowing, shovel snow, operate snowblowers, and apply salt or ice-melt to walkways and driveways.

Qualifications & Requirements Physical Ability:

Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Weather Resilience:

Willingness to work outdoors in heat, rain, freezing cold, and snow.

Dependability:

Strong punctuality and a history of reliable attendance.

Teamwork:

Ability to follow instructions and work with a crew.

Driver's License:
