• Driving a trailer properly.
• Operating all styles of lawn mowers properly.
• Trimming/Pruning bushes and plants properly.
• Edging with a String Trimmer properly.
• Using a Leaf Blower Properly as a team properly.
• Using a chainsaw/pole saw properly.
• Knowing how to adjust a sprinkler system properly.
• Throwing pine straw/spreading mulch, planting flowers, and plants properly.
• Humble enough to work as a team whether that's picking up pine cones, sticks, pulling weeds etc, compared to not running equipment on every yard.
• Good Communication skills, being on time, working as a team, working long hours in the heat and cold, and on Saturdays when needed which is a lot.

(You get paid by the hour...) If you can prove yourself: you will have a company truck to drive home and to work, work boots & shirts/jackets provided when needed, and all equipment and things needed for work will be in great condition and fixed or replaced when needed. Will get paid every Friday from previous weeks work hours. If you are not experienced in this line of work you will be let go the following day, will require where you have worked in this line of work and for how long.
