This is a paid, project-based 1099 contractor role for established businesses, owner-operators, and contractor crews. It is not an hourly, salaried, or W-2 employee position. We are looking for contractors who already have their own transportation, tools, equipment, and experience completing landscaping, lawn-care, cleanup, grading, drainage, hardscape, tree-service, or property-maintenance work. Pay Each project has an agreed scope and project-based compensation. Typical smaller landscaping, maintenance, cleanup, and outdoor-property-service jobs may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger hardscape, drainage, grading, installation, land-clearing, or property-improvement projects may pay more depending on: Job scope Materials Required equipment Service category Crew requirements Location Agreed project terms Schedule This is flexible project-based subcontractor work.

Work may include:

One-time customer projects Recurring lawn and property maintenance Weekday appointments Weekend projects when appropriate Seasonal cleanup Residential work Commercial property work Contractors are not required to accept every offered project.
