Key Responsibilities Site Readiness & Daily Preparation:
Oversee morning setup, maintain a clean and safe operational area, and inspect equipment functionality.
Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination:
Direct workflow for efficient order processing, conduct quality control checks (weight and accuracy), and supervise package loading onto aircraft.
Team Leadership & Support:
Supervise a small team, manage staff scheduling, and provide hands-on training and coaching on standard procedures.
Safety, Security & Audits:
Lead site safety initiatives, conduct daily inventory counts, and handle prompt incident resolution.
Communication & Performance:
Act as the primary liaison between the site team and regional management, provide regular performance updates, and identify process improvements.
qualifications:
Job Requirements Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced setting (logistics, retail, or operations). Strong communication and operational skills with a sharp focus on safety and detail. Successful completion of local training programs. Must pass a background check. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to push a 160 lb cart up a ramp. Licensing & Scheduling Valid driver's license and willingness to drive between sites as required. Flexible availability between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 7 days a week (up to 40 hours/week max).
