We are seeking dependable and experienced lawn maintenance crew members who take pride in quality work, show up on time, and can work safely as part of a team. This position is best for someone who has hands-on lawn care experience and understands the importance of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are looking for individuals who can help us provide superior service to our customers while respecting customer property and company equipment. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanup, and general grounds maintenance. Operate lawn care equipment such as zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and basic hand tools. Assist with property cleanup, trash pickup, debris removal, mulch, pine straw, and seasonal landscape tasks as needed. Follow instructions from the crew leader or supervisor and complete assigned work in a timely and professional manner. Inspect the work area before, during, and after service to help prevent damage to windows, vehicles, fences, plants, irrigation heads, and other customer property. Maintain a clean and safe work area while using equipment properly and responsibly. Load, unload, and secure equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Georgia heat. Represent Superior Cut Lawn Service LLC in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Qualifications Previous lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred. Experience operating commercial lawn equipment is a plus, especially zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and blowers. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to report to work on time. Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team. Must be able to perform physical outdoor work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in heat for extended periods. Must respect customer property and understand the importance of safety and quality control. A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for all positions. Crew leader, driver, or commercial property maintenance experience is a plus. Background records are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Superior Cut Lawn Service LLC is open to giving individuals with prior records an opportunity for a fresh start. However, offenses involving theft, violence, property damage, children, or matters that may create safety, trust, or liability concerns may affect eligibility for employment. Work Conditions This position requires outdoor work in residential, HOA, commercial, and government property settings. Employees must be able to work in warm weather, follow safety procedures, and maintain a professional attitude while on job sites. Employees are strongly encouraged to bring their own water cup, jug, or insulated bottle each day to stay hydrated. Staying hydrated is important for safety, health, and work performance.
