NatureScapes is seeking hardworking and dependable Landscape Crew Members to join our team in Eatonton, GA. This position involves maintaining commercial landscapes through mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, planting, mulching, and general grounds upkeep. Crew members work outdoors in a team environment to ensure properties are clean, safe, and professionally maintained. Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, able to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions, and committed to delivering quality service. Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE

Safely use equipment to mow grass and turf Edge grass at curbs and walkways Blow leaves Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris Clean site and watch for trash, limbs, and rocks Other duties assigned by manager Working conditions: This job in an outdoor position - will need to work in all types of weather conditions. Will require bending/lifting/climbing and sitting for extended periods of time. Provide superior customer service

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 45 pounds Prior experience with back pack blower, edger ,mowers and riders preferred but not required Clean MVR for driver positions ( no more than 5 points ) Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work in various weather conditions Some tasks may require the ability to walk, stand, squat, or bend over for a periods of time.
