Augusta Property Services is seeking experienced landscape and property-maintenance subcontractors to complete customer projects in Augusta, GA and surrounding communities. This is paid, project-based 1099 subcontractor work for established contractors and owner-operators. It is not an hourly or salaried employee position. We are especially interested in contractors that already handle lawn maintenance, landscape installation, grading, drainage, hardscape, cleanup, tree and shrub work, or commercial property maintenance. Pay Compensation is established before each accepted project. Typical smaller landscaping and property-service projects may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger installation, hardscape, grading, drainage, tree-service, or property-improvement projects may pay more based on: Scope Materials Service category Job location Crew requirements Equipment requirements Agreed project terms Schedule This is flexible subcontractor work.
