Job Description
Landscape worker: Southern is looking for an individual who can install irrigation, sod, plants, and/or grade. Individual must have valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle report and reliable transportation. Individual must be able to pass a drug test. Pay varies based on skills and experience in the landscaping industry.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in the Landscaping industry which include installing sod, plants, and irrigation. Grading is a plus Must be able to install new irrigation systems including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, irrigation timer, valves, etc. Grader must have experience in running equipment (i.e. skid steer) in order to trench irrigation lines and get proper elevation of grade. Must be able to use a transit in order to make sure grade is accurate Install plants and sod accurately Able to lift up to at least 40 poundsLawn Maintenance Worker:
Southern is looking for an individual who has experience in lawn maintenance. Person must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Person must be able to pass a drug test. Pay varies based on skills and experience in the lawncare industry. Responsibilities and Duties- Knows how to operate zero turn mower
- Can drive truck and pull trailer
- Know how to properly cut grass, prune shrubbery, blow off properties, and weed control in beds
- Turn in paper work daily Qualifications
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Be able to pull a trailer and drive a pick up truck
