Must have transportation. 2 days a week Join our dynamic groundskeeping team as a Lawn Care Worker and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure pristine lawns, gardens, and recreational areas. You will operate a range of equipment, utilize your horticultural knowledge, and adhere to safety protocols to deliver outstanding outdoor environments that delight clients and communities alike. Duties Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain turf health using power mowers, trimmers, and hand tools Operate landscaping equipment such as blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws safely and efficiently Assist with planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to promote healthy growth Apply pesticides or fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants and maintain landscape quality Conduct routine inspections of grounds for hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or gardening preferred but not required Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant identification is highly advantageous Familiarity with groundskeeping and landscaping equipment operation including power tools and hand tools Understanding of horticulture principles related to lawn care, tree care, and plant health management Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during equipment use and chemical application Experience with irrigation systems installation or repair is a plus Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is essential This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
