Thanks, recruitment team Landscape Management Company has an immediate opening for Experienced Full-Time Landscape Laborers / Drivers in Gainesville, GA. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining and improving landscape properties. This position plays a key role in supporting daily landscape operations and ensuring properties are maintained to company standards. Key Responsibilities Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf to enhance outdoor spaces Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding Install sod, mulch, and other ground covers Assist with landscape enhancements and minor hardscape installations such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites Remove debris, including leaves, branches, and trash, from job sites Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently Assist with applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as directed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Support Crew Leaders and team members to ensure daily productivity and quality standards Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Requirements & Qualifications Valid Driver's License with a clean or acceptable driving record (preferred but not required) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required) Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques (training provided as needed) Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation to job sites or designated meeting locations Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Commitment to safety protocols and proper tool usage 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience
