Job Description
Prior Crew leader or Foreman experience is mandatory with references to be verified. Absolutely no drugs or drinking of any kind will be tolerated! Must be able to tolerate the heat. Valid driver's license is required with clean driving record. Experience with driving a truck and trailer. Proficient in operation of stand on mowers, handheld equipment such as edger, weedeater, hedge trimmer, pole saw, chain saw, blower and time management. Has the ability to do maintenance on mowers such as changing/sharpening blades, greasing fittings and bearings, checking oil, blowing out air filters weekly. Keep truck and trailers cleaned out of trash and debris daily. Follow and complete a daily given list of yards and tasks. Delegate work and tasks amongst other members of the crew and check behind all crew members work on property's. Taxes taken out on W2. Vacation and sick pay earned after a year of employment. Holiday pay. Overtime pay after 40 hours worked. Direct deposit only and cell phone required for keeping track of clocking in and out.
