Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer & Junk Removal Specialist, where your energy and dedication will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this role, you will be actively involved in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and debris removal, ensuring our clients' properties are pristine and well-maintained. Your hands-on work will contribute to creating inviting landscapes, managing waste efficiently, and supporting overall property aesthetics. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and effectively Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to assist with proper horticultural care and pesticide management Remove debris, trash, and unwanted materials from properties efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Assist with hardscape installation and repair projects like pathways or retaining walls as needed Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor work activities to ensure a secure work environment Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, planting, and irrigation systems is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and grounds equipment operation is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or experience with landscaping machinery enhances your ability to perform tasks efficiently Ability to identify plants and understand basic horticultural principles supports quality landscape care Commitment to safety protocol adherence ensures a secure working environment for yourself and team members This role is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to develop their skills in landscaping while making a tangible difference in property aesthetics.
