Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape/Lawncare Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping and groundskeeping ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Shrub Pruning Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Maintain clean work areas by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete landscape projects efficiently and on schedule. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping (2 years) Knowledge of basic gardening techniques and plant care is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely, including shovels, rakes, pruners, and lawnmowers. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in landscaping practices.
