This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work, consistent hours, training, and opportunities for long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects Perform lawn care, mulching, planting, trimming, cleanup, and general grounds work Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely Assist with irrigation, hardscape, and other outdoor projects as needed Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally Requirements Witnessed Drug Test Landscaping, lawn care, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $17-$20 per hour, based on experience Full-time, year-round work Consistent hours On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Respectful, team-oriented work environment Our team values integrity, respect, reliability, and pride in the work we do.
