The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor and requires a commitment to quality and safety while working in diverse weather conditions. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Engage in tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and aesthetics of trees and shrubs. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed. Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
