What You'll Do As a Groundskeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the curb appeal and overall appearance of our beautiful apartment community by: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds Picking up trash and debris throughout the property daily Cleaning breezeways, parking areas, amenity spaces, and pool areas Assisting with apartment turns and preparing common areas for new residents Performing light painting, pressure washing, and general exterior maintenance Supporting landscaping efforts, including blowing, watering, and seasonal upkeep Identifying and reporting safety concerns or maintenance issues Assisting the maintenance team with additional projects as needed What We're Looking For Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or apartment community experience preferred Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in property management Why You'll Love Working at Axia Residential We recognize that our team members are the foundation of our success.
