Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader for Lawn Maintenance to oversee outdoor groundskeeping projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team in maintaining and enhancing residential or commercial landscapes, ensuring high-quality service and efficient operations. This role involves managing crew members, operating landscaping equipment, and performing various lawn care tasks to uphold the company's standards of excellence. Duties Lead and manage a team of lawn maintenance crew members, providing direction, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow. Perform outdoor work including mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn care activities. Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and effectively. Identify various plants, shrubs, and trees to ensure proper care and maintenance. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues that arise during projects. Requirements Proven experience in outdoor grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Knowledge of plant identification and basic horticultural practices. Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients and team members. Pay:

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
