Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise and passion! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes, ensuring that lawns, and gardens are vibrant, healthy, and visually appealing. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help create beautiful environments that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas lush and healthy Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems. Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed. Some light hand watering is also required. Identify plants accurately to assist with planting plans and health assessments; apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetics Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping practices and grounds maintenance Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for efficient operation and troubleshooting Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while operating equipment or handling chemicals such as pesticides Excellent physical stamina for tasks involving lifting, bending, digging, or prolonged outdoor activity in various weather conditions Embark on a rewarding career where your skills transform outdoor environments into captivating landscapes!
